Who Needs a Visa
FOREIGN NATIONALS EXEMPTED FROM VISA REQUIREMENTS WHEN TRAVELLING TO NAMIBIA

COUNTRIES WHO HAVE EXEMPTED NAMIBIAN NATIONALS FROM VISA REQUIREMENTS WHEN VISITING THEIR COUNTRIES

Namibia issues Visas upon arrival to selected African Countries. Though this is convenient, the Mission wishes to advise that visitors obtain visas prior to departure or have an electronic confirmation of a Visa that has been granted.
Visa requirements
All applicants must submit the following:

A duly filled and signed Visa application form

Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry and at least 3 more blank pages.

Two (2) colour 2" x 2" passport photograph (should be identical).

Applicants must have:
4.1 A return ticket,
4.2 Adequate funds for the duration of your stay in Namibia,
4.3 Proof that they will be supported by a person who is a permanent resident of Namibia or is Namibian if such a case applies,
4.4 Letter of invitation or business contacts in Namibia are required for business visa,
4.5 Visa Fees: Business / Tourist USD60.00
5. Requirements for holders of Diplomatic, Official and Liazzer- Passer (United Nations, World Bank, and International Monetary Fund) Passports:
5.1 A duly filled and signed Application Form.
5.2 Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry and at least 3 more blank pages.
5.3 Two (2) color 2" x 2" passport photograph (should be identical).
5.4 An official letter from the applicant’s diplomatic Mission/Organisation. The letter should state the full identity of the visa applicant and the grounds for him/her holding a diplomatic/official passport (position within the diplomatic mission or family links with an official), the full details of the travel documents and the purposes and dates of the stay in Namibia.
